HOPE Defines Us

For my MICA GDMA thesis project, I partnered with Helping Oppressed People Excel, or HOPE, is an organization in Baltimore led by formerly incarcerated people, to support formerly incarcerated people.

I wanted to create pieces that would be helpful to HOPE, and would work in a gallery setting. I created a short explainer video, several portrait posters, and a zine to explain their work and draw community support.
